I've never ever see...That dragonfly is AMAZING! I've never ever seen one that looked like that! I also grow nasturtium every year. I grow it in a bed that is chock full of seeds. I think most of them come up and they make a really gorgeous display in bulk. You might try if you have a space. They are very unfussy and will grow in almost any soil as long as they have sun and water.
